Oops! I shouldve called Neligan first. I ended up calling three other Construction & Roofing companies. Two didnt call back, and the one that did came out to give an estimate. I never heard back from them. Nick came out and checked everything over. He sent me the estimate the next day, just like he said he would. They did a great job and finished the work on time. We did have a small issue after they were done, but Nick came right out and fixed it. Im so happy with the new gutters! Im thinking of getting more gutters now!

I had Quality Discount Roofing put a roof on three different houses in 2019. I noticed loose shingles on my home roof two weeks ago. Called and they sent a young man out to inspect. Tyler was just here and repaired the loose shingles. I am very happy with their customer service and desire to take care of warranty issues.

Neligan did a great job. We had some minor roof damage from the latest storm and their technician Juan was able to permanently patch the roof quickly and was an extremely nice person to work with. My name is Christopher Scott and I recently got my roof replaced by your company. To Matt and Ben, it was an To Matt and Ben it was a very smooth experience. When I got home that day, there was a crew working on one of my neighborss house. And I was going to walk down there after I got home took the shower and made my lunch. However, once I got out of the shower and was about to walk out the door there was a knock at the door. And it was Matt. And he said he was going door-to-door to see if anyone wanted to have him check their roof for damages. And it was like front door service. From that point on he was very Efficient, sincere, and dedicated. When I spoke to the Frontline insurance agent she let me know that he was calling her three times a day about the roof. She said herself, Chris this young man has done everything in his power to show us your roof needs replacing. Hearing That From her gave me peace of mind about your company. I strongly recommend Neligan. I did not have to deal with a salesman. The process was seamless. I contacted Neligan, an estimator came out and inspected the roof. I received a detailed quote - everything was spelled out. I electronically signed the contract. I received a what to expect document - again everything was spelled out. I had an onsite job manager - Juan. As with any project issues will occur - Juan took care of everything. When the roof was completed to my satisfaction, I received a final invoice and paid on line.

Highly recommend Neligan Construction and Roofing. We used their expertise in gutter installation and were completely satisfied. The whole process was seamless from estimation through installation and payment. We chose to color match our trim and painted brick and the gutters were perfectly placed and almost disappear into the background. From Justin doing the initial evaluation, Brian Neligan putting together a comprehensive proposal, to Arden coming to our complex and patiently answering all the homeowners questions, to Juan and his crew doing the roof installation, it was all first class. The crews cleanup was through and payment plan options were available to each of the homeowners. Our townhome complex have been Neligan customers for years and they have never disappointed. These guys did an amazing job on our roof. They started on a Monday and finished mid day on Saturday. They worked hard and long hours to get the job done. Every day prior to finishing work they would clean up the job site before leaving the job. Juan the supervisor was on the job inspecting the job and working every step of the way. Juan was extremely knowledgeable of roof construction and had some ideas that we implemented based on his recommendation that made the roof far superior than the initial design. I cannot say enough about how awesome this company is. They did such a great job that I know they picked up at least two additional jobs from our neighbors. You cannot go wrong with this company!

I had a wonderful experience working with Neligan from start to finish. Stephen was very thorough with this inspection and had no problem going up into the attic to check the roof out from the inside. He also came back out and took care of a minor issue himself. I had a major leak coming from my roof, they came out and inspected it and put in a temporary fix while they prepared the estimate. I received the estimate 2 days later and signed the contract. They were quick, efficient and professional. They came out within a couple days. And I paid them immediately. I emailed them after to get a quote on fixing the closet and received a response right away. Unfortunately they were on vacation until the 20th, but I am hoping they contact me back for the quote on the closet. The closet is a huge mess, ceiling, wall, and floor.

Neilgan did an amazing job on my roof repair. They went above and beyond in making sure that I was pleased with the job. When they were through, they did a good job of cleaning up the yard, cleaning off the roof and cleaning the gutters and downspout out. They had to replace 2 of the boots on my roof as well and rather than leaving them silver they painted them to match the color of the roof shingles. I have already recommended them to my neighbor since they are planning on getting a new roof soon. Neligan GREAT JOB!

Neligans stands by their warranty. Our roof was replaced by the previous owners. When we had some shingles come off, I called Neligans and asked them to come out and perform an inspection. Neligan Roofing did my roof first roof repair around 15 years ago. I had several companies come out but none were able to fix the leak in my roof. Brian was able to identify where it was coming from and fix it the same day. Later when we were required to replace that roof because of the insurance company requirement, Brin and his crew came out and replaced it within a few days. They cleaned up each day and didn't leave a mess like other contractors. We also have had Neligan work on several of our rental homes where he repaired roofs and even replaced a few. As a long time client who has used him on multiple properties, I would highly recommend his company and service. One of our homes had a leak and he found that a bullet had actually hit the roof and caused a leak. He found it and fixed it even though it was not a problem caused by his installation.

Neligan Roofing installed my roof 14 years ago. It was time for a new roof so I called Brian Neligan again, since I was very happy with the first time around. He was very helpful steering me through the process of getting permits, HOA approvals, and all of the details. On construction day, Juan and his crew arrived on time as scheduled, and completed the job in less than two days. They worked non-stop and did a nice job on the roof, skylights, gutters, etc. They cleaned up nicely after the job was completed, and our home looks great. The office team, Mary and Arden, were a pleasure to work with and were responsive and professional. I have to give a special shout-out to Juan, the job foreman. He was constantly checking on the progress of the job, answering any questions we had, and giving good suggestions for care and maintenance of our home. Neligan's crew came to my home 2 days before hurricane Ian passed by northeastern Florida. They promised to remove my old roof and totally replace it BEFORE the hurricane could do any damage. They started working on Monday morning and by that evening the roof was completely replaced. They removed the old roof, fixed the damaged decking, re-nailed the entire roof decking to meet Florida's new standards, applied water and ice underlayment, then nailed down the shingles on the entire roof. This allowed my roof to meet the wind mitigation rules to be eligible for an insurance discount. To make the deadline the crew worked like a well oiled machine with professionalism. They even completely cleaned up the debris and swept for loose nails around my home. I HIGHLY recommend Neligans for any work needed on your home.

I live in Nocatee and had some water coming in through the top of a window during Hurricane Ian. Due to the nature of the water leak I wasn't certain if the issue was caused by the roof, siding or window so I reached out to Neligan Construction. They came out the same day I reached out, quickly diagnosed the situation as a minor construction defect where the siding was not cut plumb to the roof line, and made an immediate repair/touch-up on site. Reliability of this company was the best I had ever experienced, and I can't recommend them strongly enough. I will be reaching back out soon for new gutters. We have called upon Neligan Construction for their services twice this past summer for our house. For the first service call Ronnie and Mitch completed some repairs and additional waterproofing to our balcony and pergola. They were very knowledgeable, professional and completed the service in timely manner as proposed. For the second service call I spoke to John and explained to him about a small water ponding issue we were having on our deck and inquired into how we can resolve the issue. John took the time to explain to me the process that I can do myself to save some money and even told me the product to use to self-level and provide enhanced waterproofing to the area. I was able to complete the job myself and it has resolved the issue we were experiencing. We appreciate the quality of work and advice from Neligan Construction and will call upon them again if we ever need their services in the future.

He put a temporary covering on while he was here so the roof wouldnt leak, permanent repair within the next two weeks. Very professional , polite And reasonable. At the present time, we have not agreed on this roof project. Our roof consultant, John was very knowledgeable and helpful. He informed us of the required ventilation upgrades. The workers did a DOUBLE SHIFT during the rainy season to change our roof that had a leak. They fixed an issue in a roof valley that 2 other companies didnt touch. My husband and I recently used Neligan to install a new roof. They came highly recommended and now I understand why. Stephen was great, when he did the inspection and estimate. No pressure, told us how we could make a minor repair ourself and expressed that we might be able to get a few more years out of our roof. Hurricane season was almost here, and I did not want to wait as our original roof was probably not up to.another bad storm. The thing is, I liked the honesty and integrity of him and Neligan. For the last ten years we have had roofers dropping by and saying they could see our roof had been damaged by wind or hail. We had Neligan out years ago and at that time also they had reassured it still had many years left in it. Theres is a lot of fraud in the roofing industry here in Florida, and it is resulting in homeowners insurance premiums going up due to all the claims that get pushed through. Neligans folks are honest, and a company that I know we can trust. We also needed some repair to the facade around part of the house. So They had Jason and Desiree come out first. They were very courteous and professional. They made sure my wife was happy with the color match (she was) before they started, and then quickly did a quality replacement of the damaged facade. They make a great team, did great work and left the area spotless. The next week roofing crew was out. In one day they did the entire job, stripping the old roof and putting our beautiful new roof on. Have already recommended to a friend.

I was in need of a roof repair. The leaking had caused extensive damage within the the roof structure as well as some interior damage (within a part of the home). I had a couple of estimates but did not have the confidence in the plan for the repair. I called to have Neligan estimate the job. I had a good meeting and discussion about the repairs. The discussion was thorough and there were items noted regarding the roof that no other estimate noted yet were important to correct. The job was started earlier than originally scheduled and completed in a timely manner - actually earlier than expected. The roofing team were respectful of the property and left the work area very clean. I recommend this company to everyone who needs work done. Neligan was doing some work in my neighborhood so I saved their info for a "rainy day." I phoned Neligan to have someone come out and take a look at my roof to give me their opinion on if a new roof was needed or if the existing one still had some life. From initial call to John coming onsite was less than 48 hours. He was extraordinary knowledgeable and honest. John could have easily made the few issues on the roof a big deal and encouraged me to spend money not set aside but he chose to be honest. In addition, he offered up additional recommendations which were very supportive. I haven't personally used Neligan, but they are at the top of my list when the time comes for me to put on a new roof. Their responsiveness, integrity, and knowledge along with their comprehensive customer package detailing the products, process, and company info is impressive.

John was very professional and easy to communicate with. We consulted over the phone and then onsite, as he was inspecting. I have used Neligan roofing in both my personal homes , as well as, recommended them to my Real Estate customers and friends, for several years. I trust them - they have always been, and continue to be ,super dependable. I was very impressed with the inspection and repair estimate service John provided - along with lots of photos. A valuable , much needed tool for anybody with roofing concerns.

After many problems with my mothers roof over 17 years ago, she hired Neligan for total roof replacement. She couldn't have been happier. No problems. Recently, due to a storm issue, a repair was needed, I called Neligan Construction and I cant say enough good things about this company. UPDATE - 10 STARS - These guys are amazing. The most responsive company I do business with. My wife called their office around 1 pm regarding a concerning issue on our roof. Juan from Neligan showed up at house by 10 am the next day. Wonderful, wonderful company. They installed our roof in 2015 and still stand behind their work. If you need a roof. This company is your best choice ! Amazing customer service. 5 years ago Neligan replaced our roof and installed new gutters. Recently a problem popped up with the gutters. Called these guys, two days later gutters repaired. Wonderful to deal with a company that is so responsive and stand behind their work.

The crew worked hard to get the job done on time (there was a LOT of bad old wood to replace before the new siding could be installed), and my house looks SO different and so much better - it's like a brand new house!

This morning my husband was at the landfill and ran into a bit of trouble while unloading my dumpster. With no hesitation, an employee from Neligan Construction & Roofing came over to assist him. He was very helpful and polite. This may not have been direct contact with the company's work but I will say this, their employees are top notch. This guy could have just ignored him and went about his day and instead, came over and gave him a hand. We will be using their services in the future and would recommend them to anyone!

The Neligan team did an outstanding job with our roof replacement. The roofers were here early each day and by working long hours they were able to get the job done in 2 days led by Juan, who was very active with his crew and very customer driven. Also working with the owner Brian made our selection using Neligan Roofing a very good experience, who we highly recommend with so many roofing companies in the Jacksonville area to choose. Juan Berracoles (site manager) and his team, did an excellent job and they were always respectful of our home and property. They paid particular attention to a trouble spot on our roof that gave us problems in the past with excellent results. My wife and I celebrated the completion of the project with pizza and beer for the crew and we had the chance to get to talk with them for a bit. They were a really nice group and we were thankful to have them working on our home.

Juan was equally excellent. . He made sure wthe crew was on time and had what they needed. Even though we needed an unplanned 10 sheets of sheathing, the work was done in 1.5 days, ahead of schedule. Quality workmanship, thoroughly replaced old materials, work was started and finished on time, Nick, the project manager went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the finished product. Would definitely use again and would recommend to anyone.

Jason was here on Wednesday when the temperatures were 31 to 40F. He re-stabilized the gutters across the back of the house and added the leaf screens in these miserable weather conditions he did an outstanding job! I am truly appreciative of his work and the dedication to doing a top shelf job.

Seeing as Neligan did such an awesome job replacing my roof, it was a no brainer asking them to come out to service my gutters which were installed by another company 17 years ago. Jason and Desiree arrived early and conducted a very thorough inspection. The presented their recommendations and proceeded to perform the "tune up" which included adding a new downspout, securing sagging gutters, sealing the joints and ultimately replacing the gutter above my front entrance. Jason and Desiree were extremely polite, explained what they were doing and why and left the area spotless. It was a pleasure dealing with them. I can say the same for the office staff.

The Neligan team installed gutters at my home and did an excellent job. Jason and Desaray are professional, polite, steady workers. They keep grounds neat and tidy while working and provided a thorough cleaned up with completion. They replaced some gutters and the overall new installation is much better with extra design that is beneficial in water routing and protection .The finished gutters look great. .
